Then the first clouds appear and they boom with immediate flavor and thick smoke. The Reserve Champagne has a long finish, remains cool, smooth and creamy throughout. The Perdomo Lot 23 toro was my first Perdomo cigar, but won't be the last. Great construction, feel, and burn. Clean smooth and never harsh. Lot 23 cigars are full of flavor but not overpowering. You can really taste the great effort put into this cigar, with it's near perfect taste. Is a nice premium taste at an everyday smoke price.
